Waverunner, Ski Boat and Pontoon Boat CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your wave runner, ski boats and pontoon boats at least 48 hours prior to your reservation. Cancellations within 48 hours are not allowed. No shows will be charged for the full reservation amount.
PARTY BARGE AND ISLAND RUNNER CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations are not allowed for party barge and Island Runner rentals, however you may reschedule your reservation provided that you call AT LEAST ONE WEEK prior of your reservation. No shows will be charged for the full reservation amount.
WEATHER POLICY FOR ALL VESSELS: Our weather contingency is based on current weather conditions AT OUR DOCKS. If it is raining at our docks or we determine it is too dangerous to depart from our docks at the start of your reservation, we will cancel your reservation. Special conditions apply for party barge rentals; for more details, see Pary Barge page. If it starts raining or weather conditions become dangerous DURING your reserved time, we will issue you a rain check for the unused portion of your rental reservation. Once you have left the dock, no refunds will be given for any unused portion of your reservation. Please note that even if it is raining at your location, it may not be raining at our docks. So, we recommend that you plan to arrive on time for your reservation to avoid being charged for your full reservation fee. You are responsible for the time that you reserved, and no shows will be charged for the full reservation amount.

Two hour minimum rentals for ski boats and pontoons on Sat. – Sun.
Four hour minimum rentals for ski boats and pontoons on holidays and holiday weekends.
Three hour minimum rental for party barge.
